El tipo de aceite hidr\u00e1ulico es incorrecto.<br\/><br\/>M\u00e9todo de exclusi\u00f3n: a. Utilizar un man\u00f3metro de nitr\u00f3geno para probar y mantener la presi\u00f3n de nitr\u00f3geno a 1,2Mpa; b. Aceite hidr\u00e1ulico suplementario; c. Eliminar la obstrucci\u00f3n, limpiar o reemplazar; d. Solucionar la fuga de aire del tubo de succi\u00f3n de aceite o el tubo de succi\u00f3n de aceite est\u00e1 seco, y no se puede formar el vac\u00edo para llenar el tubo de succi\u00f3n de aceite con aceite; e. El n\u00facleo de la v\u00e1lvula de inversi\u00f3n o el \u00e9mbolo de impacto del martillo hidr\u00e1ulico est\u00e1n atascados.<br\/><br\/>M\u00e9todo de exclusi\u00f3n: a. Comprobar y ajustar; b. Comprobar el circuito de aceite del sistema de suministro de l\u00edquido para eliminar la obstrucci\u00f3n; c. Comprobar la presi\u00f3n de suministro de aceite para que la presi\u00f3n de trabajo cumpla el requisito; d. Comprobar que la presi\u00f3n de nitr\u00f3geno del acumulador se mantiene a 1,2MPa; e. Desmontar y limpiar para comprobar si hay piezas tensas, eliminar cuidadosamente las rebabas con piedra de aceite y pulir para que el n\u00facleo de la v\u00e1lvula y el \u00e9mbolo de impacto se muevan con flexibilidad.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1681289887632\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">La energ\u00eda de impacto del martillo hidr\u00e1ulico se reduce significativamente, as\u00ed como la frecuencia de impacto.<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Razones: a. Comprobar la tuber\u00eda y el paso de aceite, para que la contrapresi\u00f3n no supere 0,5MPa; c. Retirar la varilla del martillo, eliminar el fen\u00f3meno de atasco o sustituir la varilla del martillo; d. Comprobar la bomba de aceite y la v\u00e1lvula de seguridad para que el caudal de trabajo y la presi\u00f3n de trabajo cumplan los requisitos.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1681289925624\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Fugas<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Motivos: a.
