ROADSKY 2017 Mid-year Work Conference

On August 12th, ROADSKY mid-year work conference was held to sum up the main working effects of the first half year of 2017 and to propose a variety outlook of the second half year. Additionally, the new revolution of the employee evaluation standard was set out.

On 12th morning, manager director Johnson Dai first reviewed a series of sales data about the total sales of the half year, the personal sales performance of salesman, and the working effects of three main departments,including Sales Department, Marketing Department, Procurement Department. Through data analysis, Mr.Dai announced that the overall company performance maintained steady growth and affirmed the efforts of the three departments. After that, Johnson specifically mentioned that some excellent salesman contributed to the encouraging sales results with the presentation of their performance.

Later, Mr.Dai announced the new employee evaluation method of integral system for the Marketing Department and reward and punishment system for the Sales Department. He pointed that as the rapid growth of Roadsky, more well-defined working system is needed to support the better growth of the whole company. This change of the working system is a revolution to urge each employee to work more efficiently and normative.

After the meal, the department managers summed up the specific statistics of each department briefly and proposed the new plan for the second half year. A series of excellent teams and personnel are awarded for their great efforts, thanked their teammates each other. From all the acceptance speeches, team spirit and cooperation were mentioned for most times, which had made them achieved the good results in the working process.
